Juan Cristóbal Sepúlveda is the newly appointed CEO of Carolina Wine Brands. After a long career in various industries, Juan Cristóbal arrived at CWB in January 2019 to take over the position Santiago Larraín had held until now.

Prior to joining our company, for over 7 years Sepúlveda was the New Business Manager at Watt’s, the holding Carolina Wine Brands makes part of. Among other roles, he was responsible for corporate acquisitions, including those of Parcelas de Valdivia (premium cheeses), Danone (dairy) and Frutos del Maipo (frozen products). He also became the CEO of Frutos del Maipo.

Before that, he was the CEO of Procter & Gamble Chile, a company where he worked for over 19 years and held various senior management positions, including Finance and Marketing. He later moved to Budnik, a building products company, where he also was de CEO.

Santiago Larraín, in turn, took over as CEO of Watt’s after nearly 10 years at the helm of Carolina Wine Brands. However, he will continue to be linked to our company by sitting at the Board of Directors of CWB.
